STATEMENT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing distance and off-premises contracts, the Withdrawal Form may be submitted via email to:

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract, or a contract concluded outside business premises, by submitting a withdrawal statement within 14 days from the date on which the goods came into the possession of the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier).

By withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is released from all contractual obligations, except for the obligation to pay the direct costs of returning the goods.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

be unused and undamaged
be in their original packaging
include the original invoice/receipt
include the completed Withdrawal Statement form

Legal Effect of Withdrawal

The withdrawal statement produces legal effect from the date it is sent to the trader.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed void, and the obligations of both parties shall be governed by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refund Obligations

The trader is obligated to reimburse all payments received from the consumer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement.

For distance sales contracts, the trader may withhold reimbursement until:

the returned goods are received, or
proof is provided that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Consumer’s Obligation to Return Goods

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement was sent.
